HORRIBLE!!! The management is rude and undependable. The apartment I lived in had black mold, warped cabinets, bad carpet, non working fixtures and weak toilets. Upon signing my lease I was promised to have the apartment cleaned and things fixed. Nobody ever did anything and management was absolutely no help and ignored the fact I had mold. Once I turned in my 30 day notice the manager, Marilyn Montano, told me she was going to charge me $200 cleaning fee even though my apartment was spotless and was not cleaned prior to my moving in. They will try to raise your rent and will screw you over! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPLEX OR FROM MARILYN MONTANO!!!!!

Very nice apartments good area right by a pizza place, grocery store and a gas station. Very quiet and they got me moved in very fast, I would recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment for a good price looking for a good apartment
